The National Park attracts many tourists during the year hoping to view leopards, tigers, wild boar and monkeys to name but a few. Birdlife that can be spotted includes the golden backed woodpecker and crested serpent eagle.

There are several interesting monuments within the park; Kankwari Fort, which served as a prison for the brother of Emperor Aurangzeb and Shiva Temple which is now in ruins.  Not forgetting of course, the hotel itself which is also an attraction for visiting tourists.
