Prague Emblem, Logo, Seal, Czechia. The coat of arms of Prague depicts the united city including the four boroughs dating back from 1991. The red shield depicts an open gate and within a silver arm which holds a sword, there are three helmets holding 12 flags which make up the districts of Prague. Held by two double tailed Czech lions on either side each adorning the golden crown. The motto is denoted in a red ribbon and says "Praga Caput Rei Publicae" which translates to "Prague Capital of the Republic."
