Vietnam is located in Southeast Asia with a populace of an estimated 86 million inhabitants. A historical country with an abundance of archaeological sites and landmarks, Vietnam has been occupied since the Paleolithic era. Vietnam has a vast diverse topography with rolling hills and a mountaneous landscape. Vietnam hosts two World Heritage sites including the Ha Long Bay and Phong Nha-ke Bang National Park famous for its caves and grottos. Festivals are held in the lunar year which generates alot of tourist trade with the tourist sector increasing rapidly each year. Vietnam is largely influenced by neighbouring countries in particular China and has similar architectural buildings and designs.
