Church, Marlow, UK
All Saints Church in Bisham. This splendid gothic masterpiece lies among the embankment of the River Thames. This impressive architectural construction has a hybrid of parts due renovations but still remains a beautiful building. Originally built in the 12th century the church still retains some of it original features including the tower. Influenced by many eras including the 15th century and the 19th century. The church is said to be haunted by Lady Hoby. She was responsible for constructing The Hoby Chapel in which the elaborate decorative features strike a resemblence to the Cure family style. Lady Hoby was said to have beaten her little boy to death for blotting his copybook and her tomb still resides in The Hoby Chapel today.
